Former MP for Afadzato South wishes Volta Regional Minister success in office

The immediate past Member of Parliament for Afadzato South Constituency, Joseph Amenowode has wished incumbent Volta Regional Minister, Dr. Archibald Yao Letsa a successful stay in office.

The former Volta Regional Minister was speaking during the commissioning of a new fire station by the Ghana National Fire Service at Ve-Golokuati in the Afadzato South District of the Volta Region.

He said the relationship between them is a cordial one, even though they belong to different political parties.

Honourable Joseph Amenorwode pledged his support towards the development of the district, adding he is prepared to share his experience whenever he is approached.

Instrumental in the establishment of the fire station, Mr Amenorwode was applauded by the Afadzato District Assembly for sparing part of his share of the MP’s Common Fund towards the project.

Mr. Amenorwode assumed office as Member of Parliament for Afadzato South in January 2005 and served until he resigned in 2016. He also served as the Volta Regional Minister between January 2009 and March 2012.
