“I am very passionate about this, it is very personal to me because I mentor a lot of young people and when I go to schools to talk to young people and ask who are your mentors they very quick to say the Oprah of this world and I felt, ‘what are we missing here? Is it that we are not telling the stories of our own Oprahs’? Because we have them here as well,” she explained.

This quarter’s edition of the Glitz Africa Magazine, which is a lifestyle magazine, is dubbed ‘Women of Power’ and it features the first female Chief of Staff, Frema Osei Opare; Minister of Communication, Ursula Owusu; Shirley Ayorkor Botchway, who is the Minister of Foreign Affairs; and Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Catherine Afeku.
